Client Based Tent Bundling is a way for our clients to build their event exactly as they see it, while still benefiting from our bundling discounts. Other rental services will offer discounts on pre-set bundles. Saffron & Birch takes it one step farther, YOU have the option to build your needs, with the same great discount. 

How To Build a Tent Bundle.

1) After you select a rental period, which will allow you to see what items are still available on your chosen date, begin by adding at least one large pole or frame tent (20' x 20' or larger). Ala cart tent delivery and set up will need to be applied. 

2) Add to your cart a minimum of 6 tables (60" round or 8' banquet tables).

3) Add to your cart a minimum of 36 chairs. You pick the style you prefer or that is available. 

4) Add $75 worth of other Saffron and Birch rental products. Examples: serving ware, decorations, lights, cooler, cocktail tables, linens, curated items, etc. You can even elevate your event the easy and practical way through our curated decor bundles.

5) Head to check out. As with all our orders, you will be asked to pay 1/2 down to secure your items on your desired date, this is nonrefundable and due right away. Once we get your order, we will issue a 12% discount on all tent bundles that meet the above guidelines. This discount will show on your last payment, which is due a week before your event.
