Information we collect: We will only collect the information we need to give you a great rental experience! Let's break it down. 

IN THE CART, we will collect the following information: First and Last Name, Email, Type of Gathering, Date of your Event, Phone/Test, and Best form of Communication. All this is so we can address you, understand what event you are preparing for, and get ahold of you as needed. We want your event to be amazing, we are happy to work with you this information is saved in our store data so we can provide you with the best costumer service. We will take your lead as to how much you need help from us. Next is your address, if you rent from us this is two fold you will need to use a credit card therefore information needs to line up with your credit card. We hope this never happens, but if an disloyal customer decides to not return our items we will have a starting ground to give the authorities. 

CREDIT CARD info: You will fill out your credit card information so we can bill you appropriately. This is not without explanation in our Terms of Agreement and showing you the exact break down. We only collect half of the amount to hold your rentals, and the final just before pick up.  Because we want to keep this experience as positive and easy as possible for you we DO NOT collect the security deposit up front if you pay by credit card. Your Credit Card information is stored under your name and as a client of ours, IF there is an issue, and only if there is an issue will we charge your card for the amount needed. We are not allowed to charge more than the original security hold, which was stated at the beginning of the purchase and is solely based on the products you rented. (Just like a hotel holds your card until you are done with the stay and everything has checked out.) 

Once you have finished your rental, your information is kept in our history files. Please keep in mind we have no time or desire to contact you unnecessary, it is just not our style. The credit card you used is stored in your client files, but we do not have any information that would be useable for us, it is only for your ease later, but if you would like us to delete it after our engagement, we have no issue doing so. Lastly, Saffron and Birch Socials is not sharing ANY of your information. Our ONLY goal is to perform a service so you can create a great space for your gathering of friends and family, save you time, save you money, and save you hassle during it all.
