    1. Safety: It is our goal to be as safe as possible for you and our staff, therefore it is the responsibility of the client to call Miss Dig (1-800-482-7171) before placement of Saffron and Birch tents. Please have this information ready when our staff arrive on the premises the day of set up. No tents will be placed without it. Miss Dig information takes about 4-5 business days to complete, so please plan appropriately. Delays or lack of evidence could cause additional fees or cancellation w/out refund of your down payment. Saffron and Birch is not responsible for damaging any underground systems such as, but not limited to, dog fences, irrigation, utility, or lighting systems. Clients must be aware and communicate all known personal underground systems prior to staking. Ground stakes are inserted approximately 18” down. 
    2. Area Prepared: Know your tent spacing needs. As with all pole tents you will need space on the outside to secure the tent. It must be placed in a space that can be staked down, there are no other safe options. Plan on a 30’ x 50’ space needed. As long as weather permits, the center poles do not need to be staked. Before we arrive, please have the tent area clear for set up, with at least a 14’ height clearance.
