1. Area Prepared: Know your tent spacing needs. Pole tents are your traditional tent style dating back to the bronze age. All pole tents require staking and poles to hold up the tent. Therefore it needs space on the outside to secure the tent. It MUST be placed in a space that can be staked down, there are no other safe options. For example, if you rent the 20 x 40 pole tent, plan on a 30’ x 50’ space needed. As long as weather permits, the center poles do not need to be staked, but we do not recommend banking on this option. Before we arrive, please have the tent area clear for set up, with at least a 14’ height clearance. 
2. Safety: It is our goal to be as safe as possible for you and our staff, therefore it is the responsibility of the client to call Miss Dig (1-800-482-7171) before placement of Saffron and Birch tents. Please have this information ready when our staff arrive on the premises the day of set up. No tents will be placed without it. Miss Dig information takes about 4-5 business days to complete, so please plan appropriately. Delays or lack of evidence could cause additional fees or cancellation w/out refund of your down payment. Saffron and Birch is not responsible for damaging any underground systems such as, but not limited to, dog fences, irrigation, utility, or lighting systems. Clients must be aware and communicate all known personal underground systems prior to staking. Ground stakes are inserted approximately 18” down.
3. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. 

Frame tents are a great choice when you have a hard surface to work with and staking is not an option.  Although frame tents have the versatility to be place most anywhere, we still do need to think about weather situations, so all our frame tents will need to be anchored in some format for security. This could vary from space to space. 

Ala Cart Tent rental would benefit the client who is just needing to rent a tent. Final payment would include a $75 delivery and set-up fee within a 15 mile radius. Additional charges will occur for every 5 miles after. 

Tent, table, & chair bundles will have the delivery and set-up fee wavered for the first 15 miles from our location. Additional charges will occur for every 5 miles after. Bundling comes with a minimum of items, and must include a tent rental. See "Client based Tent Bundling" in Frequently Asked Questions.

Client bases Tent Bundling is a way for our clients to build their event exactly as they see it, while still benefiting from our bundling discounts. Other rental services will offer discounts on pre-set bundles. Saffron & Birch takes it one step farther, YOU have the option to build your needs, with the same great discount. 

How To Build a Tent Bundle.

1) After filling out your needed event date. Add to your cart at least one large pole or frame tent (20' x 20' or larger).

2) Add to your cart a minimum of 6 tables (60" round or 8' banquet tables).

3) Add to your cart a minimum of 36 chairs. You pick the style you prefer or that is available. 

4) Don't forget to add in any extra items you need such as serving ware, decorations, lights, cooler, cocktail tables, linens, curated items, etc. Not necessary but why not?! Elevate your event the easy and practical way. 

5) Head to check out. As with all our orders, you will be asked to pay 1/2 down to secure your items on your desired date, this is nonrefundable and due right away. Once we get your order, we will issue a 12% discount on all tent bundles that meet the above guidelines. This discount show on your last payment which is due about a week before your event.
