  • Renting event decor from us is a hassle free experience.

    (1) Using our website specify the Pick-up date/time and Return date/time.

    (2) Choose from our wide selection of event decor items from the comfort of your chair, including glassware, centerpieces, social seating, and more. Add items to your cart. If you don't see something you need, don't worry. Just contact us, we could have it and it's just not on our site yet, or we'll work with you to obtain it. We love being creative and have sources at our fingertips so don't hesitate to contact us! We love communicating with our clients.

    (3) When complete, head to check out. You'll pay for HALF of your rental order to reserve your items. Note: Purchased items and personalized engravings will be full price.

    (4) At pickup, your items will be ready for a smooth check and go. The second and final payment will be due at this time, and off you go to have fun!

    (5) After your event, simply pack the items back into their original packaging and drop back off to us.  Our always extended rental timeframe allows for a stress free return process. We promise we'll do our best to make it easy for you.

    We strive to make this simple and easy so you can enjoy the important gathering with your people. Renting from us is a sustainable, economical, and a stress-free way to elevate your event's atmosphere with beautiful decor.

  • NO! We are here to serve you large or small. We just want your event to be incredible!

  • We are aware that many of our pieces are vintage and/or delicate, it is often why we include them in our collection. We also know that accidents happen. We are moms, we get it! It is a party with people, things happen!  We don't want to see the items damaged, and we know you will do your best to keep the items in good condition, but don't fret, accidents do happen. I'm sure you'll understand when we say that any gross negligence or damage such as wine stains, transportation damage, weather damage, crayon markings, breakage, etc. will naturally result in a replacement charge. For just this reason, we set up a security replacement cost. If any items are lost, or need to be replaced, fixed, or simply not returned we will charge their listed cost, upon return to the credit card we have on file. 

  • Most rental companies allow you to pick up the rentals on one day, then return the next, sometimes that same day. Or, if you need more time, you pay for it. We schedule a Thursday or Friday pick up time and a Monday or Tuesday return time for all weekend parties. That's a 4 night rental at no extra cost. This means way less stress on our customers. You can focus on those other last minute party items, don't worry about your rentals. If you have a weekday party, you'll get the same great extension too, at no extra cost. Pretty awesome, right? 

  • "Fixed" simply means, we have one fixed price for your rental. With our extended rental you are not charged per day or per hour. You are charged per "fixed" rental period. For example, if it says .50/fixed you are charged .50 for that item for the whole 4-day extended rental. Pretty cool, right!?

  • We have an eclectic mix of items, because that is what we love -variety and beauty. We love vintage, modern, and everything in between. We love to mix and match AND just match. Therefore, with an eclectic  variety of items, to ask if we have one way of cleaning and preparing is a difficult question. Understand, each item is special to us. It made the full collection cut! What we can tell you is, because they are all special, we take very good care of them. Each piece large or small is prepare properly, that way we can continue to share them with fantastic people like you.

  • It is worth contacting us, there is a great chance we have it and our website is not updated. (We did tell you we are busy moms, right?) Or, if we do not have it, we are pretty good at creating, designing, and thinking outside the box. Let us know your ideas and we'll help make them a reality.

  • For starters, keep in mind that our goal is to design things that are easy and economical for you and your team, so you will be successful. Because of this, we prefer the "will-call" style and it's why we offer an extended rental free of charge. But, we understand that setting up event decor is not for everyone, or you simply do not want to deal with this stress.  We do want to help you, yet currently, we are not fully set up to guarantee to accommodate this section of our business. BUT, it never hurts to ask. If we can save you time and effort by getting an experienced team to deliver and set up your event, we will.

    This service will be additional fee, share with us your specific needs, then we can create a customized plan.

  • I'm sure you understand we need to cover ourselves when things just don't go the way we plan them. We are a very small business, and we rely on the same honesty and integrity we give our clients to come back to us in return.  But in preparation to secure our business' success, each item rented will have a replacement value attached. These can be scary numbers, we understand but it is what they cost to find, search, create, purchase, and/or make these items. Sadly, some of our items will not be able to be replaced exactly due to their age or rarity but we will diligently try. Because of all of this, we have a replacement value on each item. This cost is recorded in our system once the item is rented,  if this item is not returned, needs repair, damaged, broken, etc. we will need to charge this cost or a portion to the credit card we have on file. This will not be done, until after the items are returned and examined. We like to think of  this as a "Security Hold" instead of a "Security Deposit". If all goes well, nothing is taken from the hold. It is in your best interest to let us know right away if there are any issues when you return the items. Other reasons for using the Security Deposit would be for items that need special cleaning that was not done, and you didn't plan for the upfront Cleaning Fee.
